Topup

Realizes a top up to specified MSISDN and returns original operator transaction reference (authorization) & amount topped up in operator's original currency, when available. This method should be used on type 'Telephone' operators.

Topup will return result code equals 10 if and only if top up operation was correctly orderer to MSISDN operator. So, CSQ will charge to user's account if and only if result code value was 10.
